Dark Pool is live

Send it plain.

Any coin to any coin, same coin included, across 37 chains. The deposit and the payout are settled on a confidential ledger, so nothing on chain ties one to the other. No account, no wallet connection, no fee.

Swap

One deposit, one payout. You pay a one-time address, a solver pays you from a shared pool, and the confidential ledger in the middle keeps the two apart. Same coin works too: SOL in, SOL out, at a fresh address.

Dark Pool

One deposit into a private balance whose key is made in your browser and never leaves it. No public explorer can see it while it sits there. Take it out when you like, how you like.

  • Hold off every public chain
  • Convert inside in ~15 s
  • Withdraw any amount, any coin
  • Scatter payouts on autopilot

Two transfers that share nothing: different senders, different receivers, different amounts, different blocks, and nothing readable in between.

the cipher kit

Every one runs in your browser. The cryptography is standard and the keys never leave you.

exposure scanner

See what your wallet already gives away.

Paste any Solana wallet. We read the same public data a chain watcher reads: the exchanges that know your name, the wallets you keep paying, the hours you are awake. Then you get a score.

Sealed receipts

Prove a payment to one person. Encrypted in your browser, opened by the link, checked live against the settlement network. Burn after reading if you like.

Split-key backup

Your vault key in three pieces. Any two rebuild it, one alone is worthless. No password to forget.

Decoy lock

Seal the Dark Pool behind a password, with a second one that opens a small decoy pool. Nobody can tell a decoy exists.

Pay a balance out in uneven pieces at uneven times to fresh wallets, so no payout lines up with your deposit.

Send links

Put any amount behind a link and send it over an encrypted chat. They open it, secure it in one tap, and take it out as any coin on any chain. Free, about 10 seconds inside the pool.

the key lives after the #, never on our server
02

Payment requests

Ask for an exact amount in the coin you want. The payer uses any coin from any chain and it lands in your Dark Pool. One link, paid as many times as you like.

payment notices are end-to-end encrypted
03

Fresh wallets

One tap makes a new Solana or EVM wallet in your browser, with an encrypted backup. Receive into an address with no history; gas drop pays its first fees.

    Quote

Pick what you send and what you want back. Live quote, held for 20 minutes.

  2. 2
    Addresses

Where it lands, and where a refund goes. Both checked before you continue.

  3. 3
    Deposit

Pay the one-time address from any wallet or exchange. Tracked live on any device.

  4. 4
    Receive

Solvers settle and pay out. Short, late or wrong coin: refunded automatically.

before you trust any privacy swap

Q.01
More than one chain?

Yes. 37 chains in, 37 out, 204 assets.

Q.02
Through an exchange account?

No. No exchange hops, no custodial middlemen. One settlement network end to end.

Q.03
Hold privately, not only swap?

Yes. The Dark Pool: hold, convert inside, withdraw any time.

Q.04
Who holds the keys?

Your browser. Backed up to a file encrypted with your password. We never see them.

Q.05
Connect a wallet?

No. Send a normal payment from any wallet or exchange. Nothing to sign.

Q.06
What does it cost?

0% Cipher fee at launch. The quote shows the full cost before you send.

Q.07
Something goes wrong?

Short, late or wrong-coin deposits refund automatically. Every order has a tracking link.

Q.08
How private is my swap?

Every route gets a Cipher Score with its reasons and one-tap fixes.

what is underneath

Built on the rails the Zcash wallet trusts.

Cipher holds nothing and runs no exchange. Every swap settles on NEAR Intents, the solver network the Zodl wallet (formerly Zashi) uses for its in-app swaps, with over $1.5B of ZEC through it. As a registered partner, every Cipher swap and vault is confidential.

  • We build the order; the rail settles it. Cipher never touches funds.
  • Native coins: BTC on Bitcoin, SOL on Solana, ZEC on Zcash, XRP on XRP Ledger.
  • ZEC is a first-class exit: land it, then shield it in Zodl with one tap.

Do I need an account or a wallet connection?+

No. You get a deposit address and send to it from anywhere. The receiving address is the only thing we need from you.

Does Cipher hold my coins?+

No. Cipher is an interface. Swaps are settled by NEAR Intents solvers, and Dark Pool balances sit in a confidential account whose key only your browser has. We never take custody.

What is the Dark Pool?+

A private balance on NEAR's confidential ledger, owned by a key made in your browser. You can hold, convert to another coin, or withdraw any amount to any address as any coin. Keep the tab open for scheduled payouts, and back up the key file.

Can I swap a coin for the same coin?+

Yes. SOL to SOL, USDC to USDC, BTC to BTC. The payout comes from the settlement pool rather than from your deposit, so use a fresh receiving address. For the strongest result, change the coin or use the Dark Pool.

What if I send the wrong amount?+

Sending less than the quote triggers a refund to your refund address, minus network fees. Sending a little more pays out at the live rate.

What does Cipher charge?+

Nothing during launch. Every quote already includes the rail and network fees and shows the total cost, so the number you see is what you receive.

How long does it take?+

Most swaps settle about a minute after your deposit confirms. Bitcoin needs one confirmation, so expect around ten minutes from Bitcoin.

How do send links work?+

You move part of your Dark Pool balance into a brand new vault whose key is written into the link, after the #, which browsers never send to a server. Whoever opens it accepts it, secures it into a vault of their own, and can withdraw as any coin. Treat the link like cash.

Can I get paid without showing my wallet?+

Yes. Create a payment request, share the link, and the payer sends any coin from any chain. It lands in your Dark Pool. Keep the page open, or come back later in the same browser, to see it arrive.

How do sealed receipts work?+

When a swap or payout finishes, you pick what the receipt shows and your browser encrypts it with a fresh key. Cipher stores only the ciphertext; the key travels after the # in the link. If you attach live proof, the reader's browser checks the swap with NEAR Intents itself.

What is a decoy password?+

When you lock the Dark Pool you can set two passwords. The real one opens everything; the decoy opens only the vaults you picked. Every lock is stored as two slots of the same size, so a lock with no decoy looks exactly like one with a decoy.
